Job Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields is required. U.S. equivalent degree is accepted. 48 months of work experience in a related IT Specialists, Network Manager, or similar role is required. Proficient in hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting. Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and cloud platforms. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and network security. Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data backup/recovery processes. Familiar with CCTV system and video surveillance equipment and installations. Adaptability to new technologies and changing IT environments. Well-organized, proactive, attention to details, deadlines oriented, be able to resolve complex technical issues, and must be able to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Strong commitment to data privacy and security best practices. Physically fit to hardware installations & repairs, including handling of strenuous tasks and heavy lifting. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
